Right now, I'm at Amazon.com, working on tools to help people deploy software fast, frequently and as error-free as possible.

From 2009-2011, I was a software engineer at Satori Software, working on assorted tasks to do with postal address data.

Before this, I was a software tester at Microsoft, working on machine learning evaluation as part of the Commercial Search team. If you're interested in my career history, my LinkedIn profile goes into some depth, including many of the people I've worked with.

I studied at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 1999 to 2004, and have a B.S. in Computer Science and Psychology, and an M.S. in Cognitive Science.

When I'm not working, I'm often writing or solving puzzles.

I'm one of the founding members of Team Grey Goo, who won SNAP 3 and hosted SNAP 5. I've also had the pleasure of playing in four Microsoft Puzzlehunts as a member of TLA (Puzzlehunts 8-11), and the recent twelfth with Grey Goo.
